Very Rude call centre agent

I am a financial advisor at Liberty Life and I called the old mutual call centre and spoke to a guy by the name of Henry Mtotoba. He was very rude and very unhelpful to me on the line. I would like the QA department to listen to the call so that you can see how your agents speak to clients on the line. I called from nr ***. I asked him several times to transfer me to his team leader or another team leader and he blatantly refused.
