Very poor ,very poor service!

Today I have spoken to 4 different agents at 1 department old mutual ,regarding a divorce claim and not 1 person could refer somebody that can assist me or tell me what the problem is ,of my funds could be transfer to my ex spouse account,but I still have not received any payment ,bare in mind that both of us filled the same documentation together and send through the same documentation on the same day , we both work for the same company, so there should not be any delay with receiving my funds . How is it possible that my funds could be accessed and paid to my ex spouse ,but I am still waiting for funds to be paid ....the last person I spoke said I would receive between 3-5pm today ,but I am still on a call . I am disgusted in the incompetant service i received from the old mutual Superfund claims department. Don't make promises to clients that you cant keep .

IF both my ex spouse and I work for the same company and filled in all the same documentation and handed and emailed through the same documentation on the same day ,why am I experience a delay with a pay out that is due to me ???????why ...what did old mutual do correct on my pension fund to access my funds that they couldn't do on my ex spouse's account ,I have Bill's I need pay ,I am currently in quarantine and cannot even get the sufficient medication I need for myself . I am really dissatisfied with the service I received
