Very poor service. Infact. No service

My name is Thabo Kinsley Ramaselele. Claim ***. My dad passed away last week. Old mutual has been giving me a run around ever since. Ive been at Maponya mall old mutual 3 times already and submitting the enquired documents they come back to me hours late requesting irrelevant documentation. The customer service at maponya is on point. Im so disappointed about the team that deals with approving the claim. Still waiting. Thabo ***
