Very poor service

Very poor service, cancelled my life insurance after 3 months still trying to cancel my debit order, if I do phone customer care they ask for bank statements to proof they are still debiting my acc I do submit get feed back its cancelled but still ongoing debit order are going off my acc, very poor service and they do not assist me properly to cancel the debit orders
