Very poor service

I made a payment arrangement with old mutual and was told to fill in the section 129 form to allow them to accept the arrangement so that incase i do not pay my agreed payment arrangement that they would then apply for a judgement. Anyway i though ok since this is the only way to go forward i'll do this. Since then, 3 years ago the installment has been going off my account monthly on debit order. Last month upon doing a itc check i find that they have loaded a judgement against my name. No one is assisting me with this.
