Very Poor Customer Service - Old Mutual Protect

I have tried to speak to a consultant at Old Mutual customer services since the 15 September 2021 and to date nobody has responded to my emails and calls regarding my claim.

This is rather very disappointing , since i chose this company over all the others thinking that they would provide excellent service. I'm at a point now to cancel my life insurance and other policies with Old Mutual.
