Very Poor Customer Service

On 4 January I sent an email to withdraw funds from the tax free account. Upto today I have not received the money. This is not the first time that Old Mutual is doing this. I received 10 reference numbers, emails stating that I signed the wrong document and today I received an email saying that I should call the customer service call centre. What does it take for one to withdraw without delays???
