Very pathetic service!!!!

I left my job in November 2014. I want to cash in a portion of my fund. I have sent documents. Each and everytime I phone them they ask me to resend documents. You simply do not get help from the call centre. I think I have used more than R1000 in airtime phoning their call centre and they put me on hold everytime. They wont even return calls. I have made my mind on transferring all of my funds from old mutual to another service provider. They are just pathetic.
