Very frustrating service

Highly disappointed by Old Mutual Superfund,it’s been almost 6months now trying to get my superfund retirement claim.l have been calling them up and down sending emails ,sending through every document they have requested to no progress.The money l have used to call them is more than the amount they are supposed to pay me out.They keep requesting different documents every time l try to follow up and claim they did not receive anything where’s from my side l would have sent them more than 10 times.This is really frustrating ,when they give you a call and are about to answer the agents just drop off the call or only call once and never try to call back.Very very disappointed
