Very frustrated over my Living annuity with Old Mutual

When you go on pension you don’t expect this happening to your annuity . Write me a message I went on pension and baught an annuity from Old Mutual. thinking that I will only pay Tax ,All to find they often remove a big chunk of money R21689 was disinvested and I don’t know who to query from and every month I get charged R819 for financial planner fees this time I was charged over R3000 .People must watch their annuities and this was nothing to do with the risk taken nothing to do with the funds you invested it into ,This is how a lot of black people deplete their funds so quick,you find fees charged at R4300 a month plus financial planner fees plus they disinvest over R21000 .Is someone *****ing or de*****ing pensioners.I need clarity on this and my moneys put back .People end up relying on Government pension
