Very Dissapointed

Good Day<br> <br> I was retrenched end of January. My withdrawal letter was sent to Old Mutual on the 04/02/2015 email address sent to [Email Removed] I heard nothing from Old Mutual until I decided to follow up on the 21 April 2015. I then received a response back from old mutual Jerome informing me that they have been waiting for the exit reason from my company as well as confirmation that I do not have any loans with them.<br> <br> I have since been given the run around and am still awaiting my withdrawal pay out. I don't know if its just me or are you guys just dragging your feet in paying out this withdrawal for whatever reason. Note that now its going on 4 months waiting for you guys to pay out the withdrawal. What is going on? Am I being de*****ed of my money?<br> <br> I'm at my WITS end <br> All I want is what is owed to me. I have been through a traumatic experience been retrenched, not knowing if I will get another job or whether I'll have enough money to put food on the table for my kids. The money was suppose to help ease this transition for me but instead Old Mutual has made this time a period of utter misery.<br> I am VERY disappointed and upset at the service I have received
