Very dissapointed

Last month i cancelled my educational plan and they still deducted for it. I had to dispute their payment on their colletion they included my funeral policy this month no premium has been collected to my funeral policy i need to know why. If my policy has lumpsed due to their own **** i want every cent they were deducting in my account
