Very disgusted

One would think in today's tough financial state our country is facing that staff would fight to get business last week and the previous week we went to old mutual Lakeside mall branch to enquire about my retirement annuity and how to increase it to date no one even bothered to get back to us not a call not a e mail after having to deal with rude staff who brush you off basically telling you they have other customers not listening to you at all not interested in business we are forced to go to sanlam after I've had my business with you for years just goes to show how our worforce is no customer service what so ever *** is my contact no
