Very Disappointing service

I'm very disappointed in the level of service I received from Old Mutual after many many years of doing business with them. My policy has been cancelled without any communication and it was a policy that has been in place for over 10 years. I sent amny emails to request reasons and for the policy to be reinstated but I still have no feedback on the communication I sent through.
