Very disappointed with the level of service I am getting
Made a withdrawal on my investment account for emergency use and they said 5-7 working days, it’s been 10 days (excluding weekends) and still nothing. The support dept takes up to 3 days to respond to my emails
Is this how you do business? I have more services with you apart from the investment account, will it be this hard getting assistance every single time ?
