Very disappointed in the service of Old Mutual
My son request his pension fund (Super Fund) to be paid out as he need the funds after retrenchment. It is more than 1 month and he dit not received the funds yet. He have forward numerous emails, try to get hold of them on the phone them, also hold on for minutes with no answer.
