Very disappointed in Old Mutual’s Customer Service.

For more than a month now, we have been trying to get the figures on my father’s policies in order to update our letter of authority, with the Master of the High Court. Numerous emails and telephonic follow ups, and NOTHING. Really Old Mutual we would just like to finalise my dad’s estate and you don’t even bother to send any response to our emails.
