VERY DISAPPOINTED AS A CUSTOMER SINCE 2011

Old Mutual is very un professional and very rude Staff enquire about a cash back for Main policies and the extended Family Member , the lady did not even hear what was my query , told here I was transferred by another department worse my son is not on the main policy only on extend asked why as I called for them to add him 5 yrs ago , the lady wants a reference I got 6-8yrs ago for real.
