Very disappointed

Good day all I went in to a old mutual branch at the lake side mall Benoni to enquire about boosting my retirement annuity from the reception to the financial advisor was a horrible experience we were told very bluntly she was busy with another client whilst talking to us she was on the phone not interested in ya at all when we asked her about products she was not clear I then left after leaving my cell no thinking she would be in contact with me but nothing then in Friday I went in again asked what us happening they said the advisor will call me now I ask how shocking is this after at old mutual a few years ago I also had a problem with ***** in my portfolio I want to move my funds to sanlam going to see a advisor there today I'm done shocking service is all I can say
