Very bad service with OLM Pinetown Hill street😒

I am very frustrated with your service 😒you people do not care about people's MATTERS. When we come to your offices to claim money we mean business. I went to your offices on the 13 September 2021 to withdraw some cash and submitted all necessary documents that were needed. I was told that I will receive that cash in 5 working days, now the days has passed. I did follow up this morning and I was told that it takes 5-10 workings days. And the lady who was helping me by the name of Fikile, she's telling me that I should go submit my bank statement at the nearest branch, what the ****? I am unable to reach and go to your offices I'm I the farms and I told this lady why I need this money can I get someone to call me to resolve this issue. VERY BAD SERVICE ALONG WITH FRUSTRATION
