Very bad service
I trusted this company because it is a huge company yet I'm so fed up with their recent service..a *****ulent policy was opened under my name in 2022 and a found out about it in 17 October 2024 and laid a complaint, since then they have been sending me up and down telling me that it is under their "forensic department "..no follow up just lame messages telling me to submit forms which i submitted initially when I laid the complaint. It's very frustrating.
