Very bad service and dissatisfied

What a bad experience. Funeral claim and promises to payout since last Saturday. No payment. Although we told them funeral Saturday 25th excuses that they have a lot of claims and payment will be done now or payment details was not added by consultant properly. We were so desperate and we've been disappointed in giving our mother the best send off. This will only be another complaint...
