Very bad service

I am so disappointed in the level of service I have received from old mutual. I have an educational policy with them. In May they sent an email for a premium increase of which I responded and advised them not to increase the premium. My request was acknowledged however my premium increased.

I have called and sent several emails for them to cancel the increment and refund my account but my request has been ignored. I was warned by a lot of people not to invest with them because they are good at robbing people.
