Very bad, Poor service

I Submitted bank statements for a withdrawal and there is no communication or feedback at all. Have tried calling and have been holding for an hour. I have a family emergency and need the funds urgently and its like hitting a brick wall. This is bad. very bad also seeing other peoples review. Old Mutual should do better.
