Very bad and tiring service from the phone lines to just about everything

I invested with old mutual unit trust not too long ago and for personal reasons I decide to withdraw and the required me to sign and submit some documents then I went to the branch to meet the financial advisor and we signed and submitted everything they need, the financial advisor confirmed that all unit trusts payouts has a turnaround of 3 days maximum. I then called the following day to confirm if my withdraw application has been processed and some lady says it will take 10 days for it to be processed, reason why it will take this long is because the money hasn’t cleared on their side but funny enough on my side I do see the invested money in my old mutual app and even the financial advisor does confirm that she sees the money and all the service fees are deducted from the same money they claim isn’t reflecting. I’m just so numb about the services rendered by old mutual. They are really not a good company and the funny part is that I have to appoint an attorney now to fight for my money, attorneys are costly I wish someone from inside that company could assist before we even start the court route
