very angry customer

Hello Peter i thanked Hello Peter for the assistance in making old mutual to refund me my money for cancelled policies about a month ago. i am at the same point again with old mutual wherein old mutual deducted money from my salary again even though i cancelled my insurance policies a month ago. i demand that old mutual return my money which was deducted from my salary this month and i further demand that old mutual pay my bank charges for causing me unnecessary costs. i spoke to a woman who said to me i should not speak to third parties as she will send me her direct line for communication of which she never did to date. she also requested that i send her an email if i have any complains about old mutual as she is the direct person at communications to laias with. all of the above was never made available to me. old mutual is the most difficult company to work with in all insurance companies in south africa. if we reached consensus i should not be writting this email again about old mutual as i filed letters to terminate my policies with old mutual but old mutual saw it fit to deduct my salary without informing me and the letters i submitted ment nothing to old mutual. return my money, i demand my money back now. i never gave you permission to make any deductions after i submittedd my cancellation letters, which i gave my employer and send same to old mutual.
