Verbally Abusive Contact Centre Agent

Call Centre consultant who contacted me on 23 March at 13:30pm regarding my funeral cover was rude, obnoxious, entitled and verbally abusive and aggressive towards me - kindly listen to the voice recording.

He refused to give me a call ref or transfer my call to the Contact Centre for assistance and told me to google the number on the internet.
