Varying premiums

Good day,<br> <br> I look at my bank statement from March 2015 until Feb 2016 and Old Mutual has been debiting various amounts that differ from the amount of my active policies. Call Centre does not respond, my financial advisor is non existent so I cannot even contact him. <br> <br> I have 2 Group schemes and Green light policies, however on my bank statement some months they deduct twice. The amounts deducted varied from R1000 then later R800 however the total was R500 +. Can someone please help<br> <br>
