Vague WhatsApp Service

A couple of days ago I decided to withdraw ALL the money from my investment. However I used WhatsApp. All I got was just a fraction of my money. May I please kindly withdraw all my money without cancelling the policy but rather increasing my monthly instalment. I am aware I will be penalised for this.
