Utterly disgusted!

I have never evet been so disrespected by sales consultants in my life.

I accompanied my disabled uncle to a Old mutual branch at the Bridge in Greenacres Port Elizabeth.

They refused me entry saying that they will help him and advise.

How is he to make any decisions if he can't even read or write?

The consultant (Selwyn) even went as far as too say "he is soo glad Im not a client at old mutual"

The service was absolutely disgusting and I will definitely be closing any or all accounts with old mutual.

Your staff at the Greenacres branch need 5o learn manners and people skills.
