Utterly disappointed

So I recently found out that Old Mutual offers a rewards programme by educating yourself through their Moneyversity and so forth. And I jumped on the opportunity cause who doesn't like rewards and the opportunity to learn as well. After a few days I decided to attempt to spend my rewards, and unfortunately I would need to verify my identity and address by sending my documents to them via email. Once I did that, they responded by telling me to update my details, an I promptly did that too, yet my rewards aren't available to me till this day. I don understand why they are being bogus. Why isn't it mentioned that there's a process to redeem your rewards and even that process is void. Even with refering to someone to the Moneyversity, you don't actually get the rewards points unless that person is a member of Old Mutual. I am utterly disappointed with the bogus nature of the Old Mutual rewards. Utterly disappointed. I don't see it necessary to constantly be emailing me back to do the same thing yet all I get is that whatever I do isn't valid and not details aren't updated. The Moneyversity really needs to be stopped at a rewards programme cause it is a time waste and BOGUs rewards programme.

Not Old Mutual replying to your review privately and rush to check, it's a blank reply. Clout chasers.

Today I opted to check if there was any progress with my verification and to my surprise the matter has been resolved. I can now redeem my rewards and I am grateful for the timely respond and assistance. Thank you Old Mutual. And thank you for the Moneyversity.
