Useseless Banks - Old Mutual

Dont ever bank with these people, and just so that you know apparently its policy to treat non old mutual customers like ****. Ive tried phoning some of the branches and they just dont pick up!!!! Im a shift worker that can manage to go to a branch and just needs papers stamped via email, other banks have done this with a smile....But old mutual on the other hand cant even assist, not on the phone, not via email ,apparently npt ever! Ive never experiecence such uselessness with a bank as with them.
