User unfriendly login

I have tried to login several times in the past week, but either my user name or password (or both) is rejected. Also, the home page is more focused on selling products than on enabling current investors to view their portfolios.<br> Years ago, it was relatively easy, so it appears that some bright spark has suggested making it more difficult for hackers - with annoying results for investors.
