Useless staff and managers from old mutual claim department

Horrible experience with Old mutual claim department failing to provide me with benefit statement and proper IRP5 form that show none taxable funds which is my contribution and taxable fund . instead they put the money in lumpsum causing the tax to be very high even after they got directives on the IRP3 form informing them that funds that are exempted from deduction are the employees contribution. I have been calling and emailing this useless company without any assist their consultants staff don't know anything finance related but they argue .
