Useless serviced

<p>Today I am writing on the bad service Old Mutual has provided me. I had a policy with them since 2014 and was giving the wrong information the consultant sold me. After a few years of paying every month and not skipping a payment I get the most unfriendly, unhelpful and sarcastic people.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked no many occasions to cancel my policy and refund my money back yet I get calls and emails from different people asking me if they can explain the policy. Some of them has the nerve to tell you via email that you enjoyed the benefites of this policy(me being alive that is). They put the phone down in your ear while you still taking. Rude much</p> <p> </p> <p>You would think that such a well known company would treat us better yet as soon as they receive your money they coudln't care less. </p> <p> </p> <p>You policy stands for nothing and meanse nothing.</p>
