Useless Service

<p>THe old mutual contacted me last week and said they owe me money , I thought that is nice and returned the e-mail to them with all info they asked for , now more than a week later and about 4 e-mails still no payment from them , poor service . If they can not even pay money owed in more than a week how will they pay out a policy when it is needed . Avoid the OLd Mutual , they are not very helpfull at all </p>
