Useless reasoning
<p>My policies lapsed and when I enquired on how they lapsed at first they couldn't give me a direct answer and they just keep transferring me to different people until finally they told me my account was blocked and they couldn't access funds, the same account they debited money monthly for the next 7 months. Now they can't give me my money back</p>
