Useless old mutual

Yet once again my debit order did not go off. I refuse to communicate with them by telephone, cause they always go back on what was said. Only email. I asked for a debit order date of 4th,they confirmed, after much hazzle that it will now be a set date. SO YOU cAN SEE THEY ARE DISHONEST. I'D RATHER LOOK FOR SOMEBODY WHO WANTS TO DO HONEST BUSINESS. AND DON'T PHONE ME , ONLY EMAIL
