Useless Old Mutual
I have requested a "Proof of assets" document at their Pinetown branch on the 19 of January and was told by the manager that she had sent an email to their Cape Town head office and I should get a reply within 7 working days. Till today I have not received a reply, instead the manager forwarded the email to me asked me to follow up. I have called all their contact numbers with no luck. Old Mutual is useless
