Useless Old Mutual

I am highly disappointed in Old Mutual. I have been trying to contact them since March but no response. They never answer the number I have been given to be able to call them. I contacted them with regards to my policy information and I wanted to speak to a consultant. They emailed me my policy info but I still had some questions. I then advised I would like someone to call me back to discuss. I then received an email saying I must contact them on a specific number during week days between 07:30 and 17:00. I still haven't benn able to get through and no follow up on my email requests as well. The issue with that contact number I have been having since the begininng of time. Since I became a client of theirs. Then I am just forced to go into the branch. But with the current pandemic we are facing I would have thought that assistance via telephone would have helped.
