Useless insurence NOT REFUNDING my investment premium after disinvestment

I requested refund after they continued deducting, we are on the second month now but I was told it take 30 days to get a refund. I experienced difficulty when I lodged claims before and I decided to cancel everything . I will also take my retirement annuity to SANLAM rather
