Useless insurance company

I have been a client with old mutual for over 25 years. The service I have received lately has been really bad and would discourage anyone from using them. I moved my life insurance policy deductions over from my salary to my bank account and my policy payment went off my bank account. The policy has different parts i.e. life insurance, funeral cover etc. All of these are under one policy umbrella. Yet old mutual decided to stop/cancel one of my parts of my policy due to non payment. How is it possible for old mutual to take the money for one part but not the other part. I even sent them an email asking them for an explanation. No feedback received from them. If I was looking for a new life insurance policy the last company I would use is old mutual. They are useless.

You have been promising this since May. Yet you don't even bother to answer my emails. I have even called your call center. Why should I believe you now. Just another lie that a useless insurance company would say. I have kept all correspondence that I have done with old mutual.

Old mutual decided to just take money from my bank account without informing me or asking my permission. They have totally disregarded the law. I have been struggling for over 6 months for old mutual to get my policies right. There was even a lady from old mutual namely Coleen Aanhuizen who said she would sort it out. I keep emailing her but she refuses to answer my emails. Old mutual is the worst company for life insurance and are *****'s in my opinion. I would like to warn anyone who wants to get life insurance that they must think very carefully about who they use.
