Useless *********** company

This useless *********** company can't do the basic things it's actually in business for! We had a funeral policy and savings policy for the lady who works for us. She passed away on the 12th of October. We're STILL waiting for the funeral policy payout, but that's not the only issue, no matter how many times I have phoned this company and emailed them, they STILL continue to debit my account with the premiums! Even though I have received confirmation saying the debit order has been cancelled! Is this what they "accidentally" do to earn extra interest on their money!?! Who has time to chase after people who can't do the jobs they're employed to do and the worst part is that we have to constantly be reminded of our loss due to their incompetence. We also had a policy with Discovery Life, it was resolved in 5 minutes over the phone. Not a single issue - perhaps Old Mutual's staff need to go for training at Discovery?? Old Mutual is definitely NOT the company to ever use!
