Useless Financial Advisor

<p>i have had a terrible experience with IVOR ERASMUS from Old Mutual. I've been there twice already and to no satisfaction!! He closed one of my policies that i instructed i want to keep open and opened a new policy (probably just for comm) which i told him to close but he never did!! The first time myself and my husband were there we advised him that its our lunch hour so we cant wait to long as we need to get back to work... For the whole HOUR AND A HALF we were sitting there he was making jokes and laughing at his silly jokes. He could see we not interested in the jokes his making as we needed to get to work but he just carried on.. Thereafter we had to go back as he didnt scan in the correct documents!! Today i called in again as a debit went off on my phone just to find out he isnt in even! The policy he was supposed to close as instructed has been debited and on the 25th as well when i said my debits should be on the 27th!!! So now im left with a policy i didnt want and the existing one is now closed.. If he stops talking **** and focus on his work then maybe JUST MAYBE he will do a proper job.. Just a word of advise, DO NOT TAKE HIM AS YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISOR because he will ***** everything up and you will have endless issues with this idiot!</p>
