Useless customer service

I'm extremely upset, I made an immediate transfer from my Old Mutual money account to my other account before midnight, I needed to pay clients and refuel my car, Here I am at 14:00, with missed me tying and failing to show up at the office because Old Mutual decided to keep my transfer pending. I have emailed, called multiple times, even requested a team leader Brilliant Nchabeleng to provide feedback since no one could through the day, she didn't even bother calling let alone email as to what's happening. I have experienced incompetence at its highest form,no value in customer even after an agent mentioned that they have this issue, Why not inform clients not to utilize this service? I was supposed to fetch my kids from school at 13:00, and we all left for stranded because money is held somewhere.
