Useless company - zero response to multiple calls and emails

My late wife had an "education builder" policy with Old Mutual which she took out a few years ago for our daughter. Since my wife passed in January 2023, I've been trying to either take over the policy myself (so I can continue paying towards it) or as per the norm, have the policy paid out to me (as my minor daughters father and legal guardian) or into my wife's estate account.

I have submitted all the required documentation that was requested of me however after months of calls and emails I am no closer to resolving this matter. The money that my late wife contributed is now sitting in Old Mutual's accounts gathering interest for them instead of being paid out as required by law.
