Useless company and agents

l had a horrible call with Dalene from group scheme. I wanted to cancel cause of the horrible service I have been receiving from your company, being frustrated and she starts screaming at me as I was not happy about the service from your branches and she eants me to go back there ad I am wanting a refund on the remainder of the days for the month when I need my policy cancelled. I paid to be covered for the whole month but when I cancel then I must forfeit the cover for the whole month? If thats the case, I need the refund on the remainder of the months and take this useless agent back to training to deal with unhappy and disgruntled clients
