Useless company

Useless company. I'm trying to sort something out on my Greenlight policy. Numerous emails later. Filled in the forms. Sent on the 6th November. Got a reply as to date that I want debit order to go off. Sent email back requesting the 25th of each month. Last communication 8th November. Phoned this morning and now they can't find the forms I sent.

Still waiting. What must I do to get help at this place? I'm trying to give you my business but I think at this stage it will be better to take my business to another company. My request is not so difficult. I filled in the forms. What more must I do????
