USELESS MAXWELL & CALL CENTRE TEAM. STAY AWAY FROM OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE. THEY PROVIDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE *********** . THEY WILL RATHER USE UP YOUR AIRTIME THE WAY THE LEAVE YOU ON HOLD. THEY CANT ESCALATE ENQUIRIES BECAUSE YOU NEED TO WAIT 72 HOURS.
