Useless company
Tuesday morning I phoned and cleared some funds the person said it will take 7 working days for the funds to be released, Now when I phoned the person said another 2 working days, I have explained that this is an emergency and I need the funds urgently. I will rather take my business all's ware as this is ridicules I have phoned and spoken to so many people I am done waiting now. It has now been 9 days and still they come with ****pie stories I am done with old mutual seriously. *** - CED***

20 Sept 2025, 09:25I will make sure I mover everything I have with old mutual to another place, the money is still not in my bank, now when you try to phone Oh **** sorry we are not working so now the money will only be in my bank on Monday. WOW. great, I have said this was an emergency and still THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I hate Old Mutual I will make sure my fiancé take the investments for my mom also ells ware. Old mutual is useless they fauls advertising I will make sure people know about there **** Now I have to wait again. It has now been 10 days were they said 5 working day USELESS USELESS USELESS
